How Chelsea managed to win the Champions League after the season they had is beyond me – but they did! Bayern Munich at home, 1-0 up with 5 minutes to play, a penalty in extra time and then 3-1 up in the penalty shoot-out – it just seemed to be written in the stars for Chelsea!
